We have our factories in two prime locations at Coimbatore. Unit-1, at Pappampatti and Unit-2, at Chettipalayam. Thi s facilities helps our customers to get our services at required time lines.
Gas Nitriding Furnace :
30 Kw electric Gas Nitriding Furnace. of size Dia 550mm x 1200mm length. Which could hold upto 200 Kgs of job at a time (Fully auto control)
Nitriding Furnace :
26 kw Nitriding furnace of size Dia 550mm x 1500mm length an . Which could hold upto 200 Kgs of job at a time and an oxidation furnace of the same parameter .
Oxynite Furnace :
26 kw Oxynite furnace of size Dia 550mm x 1600mm length an . Which could hold upto 200 Kgs of job at a time and an oxidation furnace of the same parameter .
Hardness Tester :
We have the salt testing facilities where the salt analysis is done every day to maintain the salt bath composition , so that the process control is enabled .
We do have a micro Vickers Hardness Testing Machine( 0.015 kg To 1.0 Kg Load ) to study the case depth of the materials.
We do have a microscope of 400 x magnification to study the microstructure and the case depth of the materials.
We have the testing facilities of a Rockwell Tester and Brinell hardness Tester to check the hardness .
The thermocouples and the testing machines are duly calibrated for every 6 months once and all records are maintained with systems .

Quality Heat Treatment is managed by Mr. B.Nedumal B.E.,(Metallurgy), who has an vast experience in heat treatment and Nitrding for more than a decade. He also has around 20 Years of Experience as Branch Manager of T.V.S Tribilogy and GTN Exports as a Chief Metallurgist , which helps us achieve new heights in the field of heat treatment.Our unique quality and cost control system enables us to provide our customers with the most advanced, reliable and reasonably priced product lines.
